Within warranty we only repair products of the brand EPSON.

In addition to the statutory warranty period of 2 years, EPSON grants a manufacturer's guarantee on its products. We would be happy to check the warranty period of your device for you. In contrast to the warranty, your device will be repaired during this warranty period without questioning the initial nature of the defect.


If your device is within the EPSON manufacturer's warranty, it is best to send us the completed repair form in advance by email or fax (form to fill in at your computer or to print) and enclose a copy of the proof of purchase of the device as proof of the existing warranty claim. Make sure your device is securely packaged for transportation.


For some devices, you are entitled to the EPSON on-site service guarantee. We would be happy to check whether your device has this guarantee service.
